Requirements
Whether registering a subsidiary or a branch, companies are advised to state clearly the preferred type in the shareholders’/Board resolution, to avoid confusion in the analysis of applications
Accepted Notarial services:
- Rwanda: RDB notary, District/Sector notary, and any of the private notaries granted authorization to provide notary services by the Ministry of Justice
- Abroad: Public notaries, Rwandan local Embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Certification of the conformity is solely accepted for Incorporation Certificates and Articles of Association; however, Shareholders/Board resolutions must be original documents signed in the presence of the notarizing authority
